PFM has introduced interfaces with two International Handling Providers:
Air Routing and Universal.
From within PFM Scheduling you select Print -> International Handling
Interface. A screen will pop up for you to select the aircraft and date
range to be sent to your International Handler.
Click "Generate Files."
Air Routing Flight Manager
PFM automatically generates an email with a data file for the selected
aircraft and date range with the following information:
Flight times
Airport identifiers
FBOs
Crew
Passengers
This email is sent to Air Routing. Air Routing can notify you one of
two ways to confirm receipt of trip.
1) Phone call
2) Type "Edit to the web" in
the subject portion of the email. Air Routing will send you a response
email notification that the trip information has been posted on the
web.

Universal Trip Link
PFM automatically inserts the trip into the UV Trip Link program on your
workstation:
Flight times
Airport identifiers
FBOs
Crew
Passengers
Once in Trip Link, you will be able to edit the information then submit it
to Universal via the web.
