The Maintenance Status board is used to track maintenance "Do" items.  Any item which can be tracked based on aircraft hours, landings, engine cycles, or calendar time can be a data field on the Maintenance Status Board.  When Record Keeping data is updated, the matching fields on the Maintenance Status Board and simultaneously updated.

The Administrative Status Board is used to track pertaining to personnel which have an expiration or due date associated with them, such as First Aid training or passport expiration.

All the data fields in the Status Boards are user-defined and there is no limitation on the number of data fields that can be used.
